LiveWebAsisst extends your Website with a multilingual chat capability that allows you to communicate with your website visitors in real-time and turn them into customers.

Single Language Website Chat

 

As soon as a Visitor comes to your web site, a Chat window appears. The visitor can also initiate the chat any time by clicking on the Live Chat icon.

LiveWebAssist chat window immediately connects the Visitor to the operator . An operator can be using an office computer or any smartphone or tablet currently on the market.

 

 Workflow Management

 

In addition to chat interaction, a LiveWebAssist operator is able to:

  • Forward the visitor to another operator (e.g. from sales to technical support) including the chat history
  • Redirect the visitor to the location containing the information they are looking for
  • Display images of products the visitor is looking for
  • Create a support system ticket if the visitor is reporting a problem
  • Send the visitor pre-defined answers from a knowledgebase

 

When the chat session is finished, LiveWebAssist automatically creates and archives the session transcript which can be emailed or printed.

 

 

Archive & Real-Time Statistics

The conversation between the visitor and operator is archived and can be retrieved any time through the Administration console.

 

The chat system manager receives daily transcripts of all chats as well as vital statistics, showing:

Multilingual Chat with Optional Automatic Instant Translation

To activate the multilingual chat functionality, it is necessary to specify the following:

  • Languages supported at your Website by your chat window
  • Languages supported by your operators
  • Activate "Auto-Translate" feature if it is required to support in languages that are not supported by operators

 

 

The examples above showcase the operators that are able to chat in English & Spanish, and the chat modified to support English, French, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.

If the visitor selects Spanish, he will be automatically assigned to “Jason” who can communicate in Spanish.

However, if “Jason” is not available or if the visitor selects a language not supported by the available operator (e.g. French), then automatic translation is provided.

The example below displays a chat between a Spanish-speaking visitor and an English-speaking operator (Spanish-speaking “Jason” was not available at the time).

Spanish question:

Hola,necesario para poder enviar mis mensajes SMS al teléfono móvil.

The question is automatically translated by the LiveWebAssist Server to the operator’s language (English)

Hello, needed to be able to send my SMS messages to mobile phone.

And the answer is translated back to Spanish from English.

Notice that the translation is not perfect, but serves its purpose.
