LiveWebAssist Web chat works flawlessly on new tablets from Amazon - Kindle Touch & Fire

The LiveWebAssist Web Chat Support & Analytics system was designed with consideration for new technologies like tablets and smartphones. We have realized that currently more than 5% of our visitors are already accessing the IceWarp Web site from these devices and the numbers are steadily growing. The real test of concept is a new line of Kindle tablets from Amazon with the Silk web browser. 

We had already tested LiveWebAssist using iPad and Android tablets during system development. However, we had not had the opportunity to test it with the Amazon Silk web browser yet.

As you can see below, LiveWebAssist works on the new Amazon Kindle line just fine!
